A few things you might be wondering about your massage...
Have a few questions before you schedule your massage? Take a peek for insight to commonly asked questions on what you can expect before, during and after your massage!
Preparing for your massage:
How long are your massages and what are the prices?
I offer 60‑minute sessions for $105, 90‑minute sessions for $155, and 2‑hour sessions for $210.
What should I expect during my first visit?
We’ll start with a short conversation about your goals, preferences, and any areas of concern. Then you’ll have time to get comfortable before your session begins.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Online booking is officially open! Find a time that works for you, or text me at (612) 356‑2450 if you have any questions :)
What is your cancellation policy?
I totally understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I just ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so I can offer the spot to someone else.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your session will be charged 50% of the session price to the card on file to help compensate for the lost time.
Do I have to be unclothed during my massage?
Your comfort is always the priority. You’re welcome to undress to your level of comfort whether that be full, partial, or staying clothed. Direct contact with the skin can help me work more effectively, but we’ll always adjust to what feels comfortable and supportive for you.
Upon request, I can use high‑quality oils chosen to elevate your massage experience. If you have sensitivities or preferences, just let me know and I’m always happy to accommodate.
Are you able to use essential oils?
Absolutely. I love working with expecting moms and create a safe, supportive space for relaxation and relief throughout pregnancy.
Do you offer prenatal massages?
Yes! Rather than labeling sessions by technique, we start with a brief, mindful consultation to understand your goals and areas of focus. From there, I blend techniques by adjusting pressure, pacing, and approach based on your body’s feedback. If you’re hoping for a specific style or technique, we’ll talk about that and tailor your session accordingly. Pricing is the same for all types.
Do you offer Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial, or sports massage?
What to expect during your massage:
It’s always a good idea to drink plenty of water after your session to help your body process what’s been released. You might notice a little tenderness and that’s normal. There’s no need to change your plans for the day, but if you can, try to give yourself a bit of space to take it easy and soak in the benefits of your massage.
Should I do anything specific after my massage?

Accepted payment types:
For your convenience, I offer several payment types including debit & credit cards, cash, Venmo, Vagaro payments, and HSA cards.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Do you accept insurance or HSA cards?
I don’t bill insurance directly, but many clients use their Health Savings Account (HSA) cards to pay for massage therapy if it’s covered under their plan. If you’re unsure whether your HSA includes massage, it’s worth checking with your provider! I’m happy to provide a receipt for reimbursement if needed.
Do you offer gift cards?
Not yet, but I’m hoping to add them in the future so you can easily give the gift of massage to someone you care about!
